Sheila Hyde is a faculty member for the Food and Hospitality Institute at El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. She has been the Texas State Technical Chair for six years, a member of the SkillsUSA National Education Team for two years, and became the National Technical Co-Chair for Restaurant Service last year.
