Sheila Hyde is a faculty member for the Food and Hospitality Institute at El Centro College in Dallas, Texas. She has been the Texas State Technical Chair for six years, a member of the SkillsUSA National Education Team for two years, and became the National Technical Co-Chair for Restaurant Service last year.

Kazan, Russia will be the third WorldSkills competition Sheila attends as an expert in Restaurant Service. From Front of House to Catering Director, Sheila has garnered 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
