Tom Wozniak

Tom Wozniak is an instructor at Madison Area Technical College. He was a SkillsUSA advisor before becoming a WorldSkills expert and is excited to continue to pay it forward and give students an opportunity to be successful in their careers.

According to Tom, there are more career openings than students entering the diesel and heavy equipment industry.  He is excited to see the industry continue to evolve with the growth of autonomous vehicles and thinks today’s students will benefit from their experience with new technologies.

During and after the WorldSkills competition, Tom wants competitors to know they have a responsibility to earn everything in life, not just expect it to be given to them.
